| Emils svinganalyse - Våren 2007 - Video Okt07 Oppstilling Grep – Ser greit ut. Sikte – Vanskelig å se på video. Oppstilling – Bøye framover mer fra hoften. Få rettet ut ryggen. Hendene er for nærme kroppen. Inn-sving Take away – Hoftene går mot venstre i stedet for høyre. Leverage System – Helt grei. Toppen av sving – Utfra oppstillingen, helt grei. Men trenger å få overkroppen mer over på høyre side. Gjennomsving – Hoftene er for passive. Avslutning – Kort gjennomsving, skaper en kort avslutning. Trenings prioritering 1 – Få oppstillingen i orden. Knekk mer fra hoften, rett ut ryggen og øk avstanden mellom hendene og kroppen. 2 – Take away; Roter vekten over på høyre fot. 3 – Øk rotasjonstempoet i hoften i gjennomsving, slik at de leder i stedet for skuldrene. |
| Anthonys svinganalyse - Sommeren 2008 - Juli08 Grep: Good Oppstilling: Good Swing: Aese’s right knee moves and straightens during the back swing causing her weight to stay on her left side (foot). This causes a slight tilt of the shoulders which makes her left arm and shaft plane too flat during the back swing and at the top of the swing the shaft has crossed her feet line and is pointing to the right. Therefore nearly all her balls are hit with an outside in swing direction resulting in loss of length and are sliced. Trenings prioritering 1) Do not move the right knee and keep it flexed during the backswing. Very important. (At present this is the secret to Aese playing better golf as it is not possible to do the other things if her right knee moves). 2) The upper body must move and turn to behind the ball (over a flexed right knee) and the left arm and shaft must go through a position that is parallel to the feet line when they are horizontal to the ground during the back swing (a steeper left arm and shaft plane). |
